Kate Sutton is a certified personal trainer with 7 years of experience in the fitness industry. Helping individuals that are new to fitness and possibly unsure of where to start, Kate  provides a supportive and expert coaching style to make everyone feel comfortable in the gym. Her client based consists heavily of individuals that had been consistently falling short of their elusive health and wellness goals. Her  unique  approach includes dedicated coaching to address  deep health markers  such as , sleep, stress,  nutrition, social, environmental, and mental health - which usually underlie the inability to achieve their desired goals. Kate is based in London and offers both online coaching and in-person training sessions, as well as fitness workshops.
